Job Summary

The Senior Retail Media Marketing Specialist will play a key role in overseeing the execution of Flybuys retail media campaigns for Coles Liquor. This involves planning and executing campaigns across various channels, including eDMs, email banners, and website tiles, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Coles 360, Ecommerce, CRM, and Product Managers, to ensure seamless campaign execution;
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, providing insights to inform future marketing initiatives;
  • Liaise with external agency partners to deliver high-quality digital assets and campaign content;
  • Work closely with the Loyalty & CRM team to grow current products and inventory, expanding the overall Flybuys offering;

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail media marketing, loyalty, CRM, or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels;
  • Experience working in FMCG stores or retail environments, with knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends;
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis, with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team;
