Occupational Therapist

HealthcareLink is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Darwin. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to NDIS participants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver generalist and specialist services through timely and culturally appropriate interventions to facilitate optimal health outcomes.
Facilitate effective service delivery by utilising information systems and maintaining relevant statistics.
Contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of services with a focus on customer-focused continuous quality improvement.
Liaise with community and health service providers in the region.
Essential Criteria:
Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent that confers eligibility to the Australian Occupational Therapy Association and registration with AHPRA.
Proven ability to assess and implement clinical interventions in generalist and specialist disability caseloads.
Experience in using personal computer programs and databases.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, time management, and organisational skills.
Awareness of multicultural issues and their impact on clinical practice, with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse cultures.
Ability to implement Continuous Quality Improvement strategies and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety and Equal Opportunity Standards.
Current NT driver's licence or ability to obtain.
