Return to Work Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Return to Work Specialist. In this role, you will work with clients to identify and overcome barriers to returning to work, providing tailored rehabilitation programs and support to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs
  • Provide support for clients to restore their functional performance and achieve a successful return to work
  • Pre-employment health and functional assessments
  • Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders to provide viable solutions and recommendations for clients

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
