ʱ Job Title: Full-Time Occupational Therapist

Job Overview: At HealthcareLink, we are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Darwin. The successful candidate will work closely with NDIS participants, providing high-quality, culturally appropriate, and effective Occupational Therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver generalist and specialist Occupational Therapy services through timely and culturally appropriate interventions.
  • Foster effective service delivery through the use of information systems and maintenance of relevant statistics.
  • Contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of services with an emphasis on customer-focused continuous quality improvement.
  • Liaise with community and health service providers in the region.

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, with eligibility to register with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Proven ability to assess and implement clinical interventions in both generalist and specialist disability caseloads.
  • Experience in using personal computer programs and databases.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated awareness of multicultural issues and an ability to interact effectively with people from diverse cultures.
  • A current NT driver's licence or the ability to obtain.
