We're seeking a dynamic retail leader to join our team.
Job DescriptionAs a key player in our retail operation, you'll use your experience to coach and inspire our retail staff, enhance their customer service and operational skills, and embody the brand.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.
- Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses, and waste.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.

- Experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work weekends and overnights when needed.
