Senior Financial Accountant: Drive Business Growth with Data-Driven Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our innovative finance team at Nationwide Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting. You will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and providing leadership to 2 AP officers.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Manage and report on corporate Profit & Loss statements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, advising stakeholders on budget management and forecasting.
- Facilities Management: Collaborate with bank providers to manage facilities and ensure optimal usage.
- Dashboards and Analytics: Create and manage dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive business growth.
- Cash Flow and Capex: Forecast cash flow and focus on capex reporting to inform strategic decisions.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Accounts Payable: Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring suppliers are paid on time and accurately.
- Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop 2 AP officers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving teams towards success.
- Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
- Communication Skills: Develop effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
