Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our customer support team as a Support Consultant.

About the Role

  • This is a front-line customer service interface for customers, consumers and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be joining a team passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering loyalty among our customers.
  • Resolve issues with customers via phone, email and web chat in an empathetic, professional and timely manner.
  • Balance customer demand and multitasking in a fast-paced customer contact environment.
  • Work as part of a high-performing team driving performance excellence.
  • Communicate with colleagues across all levels of the organisation influencing to find the best customer outcome.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve the employee experience, customer experience and operational excellence.
  • Provide thoughtful and insightful feedback to improve products and services.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience in a similar corporate or call centre environment that is fast-paced and ever changing.
  • Strong technical proficiency; proven ability to multitask using multiple systems while on the phone with customers.
  • Experience in real estate roles such as leasing consultant, property manager or similar are highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering service that promotes customer loyalty and advocacy through clear communication, positive language, active listening and empathy.
  • Experience resolving customer problems in a timely manner through strong analysis and decision making, persuasion skills and being adaptable to meet customer needs.
  • Resilience, accountability for the customer experience and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning.
