This is an exciting chance to take on a portfolio management role that involves working with exceptional people skills, account management and follow up skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Day-to-day running of the desk; managing owners, tenants and administration tasks.
- Portfolio management of 170 properties using PropertyMe software.
- Collaborating with an experienced team of property managers who offer support to each other.
- Conducting regular routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Handling rent reviews and lease renewals in a professional manner.
- Liaising daily with landlords and tenants to address their needs.
- Working closely with the leasing and new business teams to drive growth.
- Organizing repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Managing electronic filing systems for efficient record-keeping.
- Signed leases and agreements.
- The ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Confidence - assertive yet professional and friendly demeanor.
- Must have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Strong follow-up skills to maintain relationships.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.
This is a full-time position requiring someone who can adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
