Compliance Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Risk Manager to join our organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective compliance risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks across the firm.
- Provide expert guidance and training on compliance matters to enhance employee knowledge and understanding.
- Monitor and investigate incidents, breaches, and complaints, embedding controls in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Offer strategic advice on legislative and regulatory changes impacting our compliance obligations.
- Review and approve marketing materials and external communications to guarantee legal and regulatory compliance.
- Postgraduate qualifications in law, commerce, economics, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior Compliance-based role within the financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in AML/CTF, AFSL, and ACL licensing requirements.
- Experience working closely with regulatory bodies such as ASIC.
