Risk and Audit Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Risk and Internal Audit team as a Risk and Audit Coordinator. In this role, you will be the link between our internal audit and risk functions and the broader business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Support the delivery of the Internal Audit Plan by coordinating audits and tracking progress">
  • Liaise with internal teams and external providers to keep audit activity on track">
  • Track and coordinate the closure of internal audit actions using Protecht">
  • Keep risk and audit data up-to-date, helping prepare reports and dashboards">
  • Assist with monitoring spend and managing invoicing for the internal audit program">
  • E nsure strong recordkeeping and admin support across all risk and audit activities">

Requirements:

  • Strong coordination and admin experience with a knack for managing details">
  • Comfortable working with data and business systems to get things done efficiently">
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management tools">
  • Great communication skills - you're approachable, responsive and clear">
  • Able to work autonomously, juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines">
  • Discreet and professional - you handle sensitive information with care">
