Job Overview
Energy Systems Technical Support RoleThis is an ideal opportunity for a client-facing professional with electrical or engineering expertise to provide high-level customer support and technical solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, maintaining fleet availability, resolving technical issues, and educating installers and customers on optimal energy storage system operation.
- Analyze customer needs and develop creative solutions to resolve technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with Sales, Operations, and Service teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
This role may require a flexible work schedule, including weekend support.
Key QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field, preferably with an electrical, electronics, or mechatronics background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Technical knowledge of distributed generation and/or energy storage systems.
Familiarity with energy industry trends and technologies is highly valued.
