We're seeking a Product Design Specialist (UX/UI) who excels in simplifying complex workflows. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Research & Innovation team designing UX/UI for innovative product experiments that push the boundaries of what's possible in business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning the design of complex, multi-step workflows across infrastructure, strategy, and outcomes layers.
- Translating abstract concepts and backend logic into elegant interfaces.
- Collaborating closely with our Founder, Engineers, Data Scientists, and R&I team members to bring ideas to life.
- Developing and maintaining Figma design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Championing simplicity, accessibility, and clarity in all design outputs.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and communicate ideas visually.
- Strong Figma skills, including design systems and prototyping.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and technical teams.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a sharp eye for structure and flow.
