We are seeking a seasoned Organisation Design professional to join our team in Sydney. As a Consultant within our Operating Model & Organisation Design practice, you will leverage your expertise to support clients in transforming their organisations and workforces.

In this role, you will apply advanced analytical tools and global methodologies to design and deliver organisation strategy solutions that drive business value. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients navigate complex transformations and embed new ways of working.

**Key Responsibilities**

">
  • Partner with senior leaders to align organisation design principles with business outcomes and use data-driven analysis to understand the current state of the organisation.
  • Develop and assess future design options aligned with the agreed business strategy, including Agile transformations.
  • Design delivery, interaction, and governance models to embed new ways of working.
  • Plan and provide end-to-end organisation design services to ensure effective implementation and embedding of future designs.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Organisation Design, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects.
  • Expertise in identifying, quantifying, and supporting the delivery of financial and non-financial benefits of organisation design.
  • Solution-focused approach, applying functional knowledge to inform solution development and contribute to recommendations that enable business objectives.
  • Experience in using business context and objectives to inform business cases that deliver value to clients when forming future-state visions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate strategic goals into effective design principles and future structures.
  • Data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality assurance and attention to detail.
