About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Manager to join our team for a 9-month maternity leave cover, with potential to extend. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will be responsible for driving strategic decision-making through financial planning, forecasting, and business reporting.

As a seasoned finance professional, you will own end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes that inform performance targets and enable strategic choices. You will also drive smarter resource allocation by identifying high ROI initiatives and helping business leaders prioritize spend.

This role is critical to the success of our financial engine, and you will have a direct impact on our company's growth and development. You will partner across the business to embed financial discipline and support the execution of key strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial models to inform business decisions
  • Drive financial planning and forecasting processes that align with company priorities
  • Partner with business leaders to prioritize spend and drive resource allocation
  • Deliver clear, actionable, and insightful financial reports to stakeholders
  • Track business performance and identify levers for operational improvement
  • Lead monthly P&L reviews and ensure an accurate financial close in coordination with our Financial Control team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5–7+ years of experience across finance, strategy, or accounting roles, with at least 2–3 years in a high-growth tech business
  • Deep financial modeling skills with strong Excel proficiency and the ability to guide decision-making through data
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and the drive to chase down answers independently
  • Clear communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams
  • Comfort managing competing deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
