Key Performance Indicators Analyst

The ideal candidate will work with company data across various business areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reporting metrics to drive strategic decision making
  • Analyzing methodologies and suggesting operational improvements
  • Building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment

8-12 years of experience in Capital Markets with a strong focus on Credit Risk is required.

Key responsibilities include defining business requirements and rules for onboarding and developing transformation rules in a strategic platform.

Performing extensive data analysis to gain insights and collaborating with technology partners to design data models, staging areas, ETL, and transformation implementation are also key duties.

Developing centralized control reference data for consistent application across all credit risk models is essential.

Creating rules and requirements for time-series and panel views of data to build statistical models for credit risk is another critical task.

Developing analytics dashboards and data visualization tools, designing wireframes and mock screens for user interface tools, conducting UAT and post-production testing, and writing Business Requirements Documents detailing credit IFRS9 specifications are also important responsibilities.

Expert knowledge of Credit Risk Data and databases INSIGHT and STARR is necessary.

Excellent people skills and stakeholder management; good knowledge of Capital Markets and financial instruments are also required.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
