Job Title: Technical Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have proven experience in implementing similar systems and will be responsible for delivering structured training to senior management and operational staff.

Key Requirements:
  • Formal certification and training in Scienter Destinity software modules (POS, Inventory, Web Dashboard, Finance)
  • Minimum 5+ years finance and hospitality operations experience
  • Proven record of implementing Scienter or Oracle Hospitality Systems across multi-site operations
  • Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic advisory in the hospitality sector
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor senior management teams in operational and financial best practices
  • Leadership in multi-site rollouts and change management
