Project Coordinator Role Summary">

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting project managers and other key team members with the coordination and administration of project rollouts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers with coordinating and administering project rollouts
  • Provide scheduling support to nominated project managers
  • Monitor project status through direct communication with internal stakeholders and dealers
  • Identify and escalate potential internal or dealer-related risks and issues promptly
  • Contribute to project planning and implementation
  • Develop and nurture excellent working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Deliver regular and insightful project feedback to project managers

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualifications, relevant experience in project administration, and knowledge of project management methodology such as Prince2 are desirable. Excellent time management and organizational skills, project management skills, and the ability to work according to strict deadlines are essential.

Preferred Skills:

Experience using SAP or similar ERP system, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) skills are preferred.
