We are looking for a highly organized Design Manager to oversee and coordinate the design process across multiple retail rollout projects. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing consultants and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

  • Manage external consultants from concept to construction documentation
  • E nsure design outputs align with project scope, client brand guidelines, and delivery timelines
  • Act as liaison between client-side design teams, consultants, and internal project teams
  • Review documentation for buildability, compliance, and efficiency
  • Manage approvals and design milestones in line with program schedules
  • Proactively identify and resolve design-related issues that could impact project delivery
About You
  • Prior experience as a Design Manager or Design Coordinator in retail, fit out, or commercial construction
  • Strong consultant management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Able to interpret and review technical drawings and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
