We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist / Advisory professional to join our welcoming and dynamic People and Culture team.

  • As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support, guidance and expertise to our business leaders in our Logistics Team.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in HR Generalist / Advisory role
  • Previous experience in Blue Collar or Logistics Industries
  • Strong business partnering skills with leaders
  • Ability to think strategically and drive people experience strategies
  • Ability to engage, influence and collaborate effectively with leaders
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all areas of the business
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and people leadership skills
  • Approach tasks with agility, initiative and passion
  • Be approachable, and have a positive, fun, 'can do' and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
