Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing chemotherapy and other cancer treatments
- Liaise closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment plans and outcomes
- Supervise and mentor junior nurses to enhance their skills and confidence
- Develop and deliver education programs to promote patient understanding and empowerment

Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Working with Children check
- Minimum 2 years recent Oncology Nursing experience
- Competency in Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Administration
- ADAC trained and certified
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
