Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our small, tidy portfolio.

  • Ensure seamless management of property maintenance and upkeep.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Organize and coordinate maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct thorough exit condition reports to ensure accurate documentation.
