Our team is growing extensively, so a new role has been created for an experienced
**Portfolio Administrator **with experience in
**Project Management**. Working with the Program Directors and Project teams you will play a
**pivotal role in the success of our project deliveries. **This means no two days are the same Responsibilities can range from organizing logistics both in a virtual and real
- world environment to managing project milestones, and ensuring timelines are being met.
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- **Work with multiple project managers** across the portfolio to bring together a portfolio level view
- Drive the stakeholder engagement through **portfolio level reporting**:
- Prepare **accurate and timely project documentation** including progress s reports, tendering documents, prequalification requirements and general correspondence required to meet project deliverables
- Prepare timely project reports by proof-reading, editing, referencing, and formatting reports to ensure presentation of accurate data;
- Ensure projects are to time and budget by tracking and updating project plans, work schedules and budgets;
- Provide administrative support required to meet project deliverables such as coordinate project travel, and responding to queries, maintain forward planner and any other project administration as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 1-2 years' **experience in a Project Administrator or Portfolio Administrator role**:
- Working with different project managers and pull together a portfolio level status
- Preparing portfolio level reports for executives
- Experience with Budget management and benefits tracking
- High attention to detail including quality control and document review attributes, multi-task capability, and superior editing standards
- Ideally you will have experience in producing high quality project documentation such as business cases, project plans, reports etc.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ideally PowerBI
- Be a highly motivated self-starter, able to work well autonomously, or as part of a team
