We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the management of a mixed commercial, retail, and industrial portfolio.

About the Role

The Senior Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the portfolio, including property maintenance, tenant relationships, and lease administration. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and minor works projects;
  • Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, including financial metrics and occupancy rates;
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention;
  • Collate and review reports to ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
  • Administer leases and agreements to ensure accurate record-keeping;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve portfolio performance and increase revenue;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in real estate administration or property management;
  • Commercial property management experience is highly desirable but not essential;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational ability;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
