Senior Portfolio Manager

Job Overview:
- As a senior property management professional, you will oversee the administration of a significant portfolio comprising 190 properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine site inspections and assume holiday backup responsibilities as required.
- Coordinate bond lodgements and refunds, lease renewals, arrears management, ingoing and outgoing condition reports, and organize regular property inspections.
- Provide after-hours support for emergency situations via phone.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in property management, preferably with a full-time senior role and part-time assistant position (3 days a week).
- Possession of a current Real Estate License and Work Authorization in Australia is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and have minimal or no training requirements.
Role Details:
This is a senior full-time role accompanied by an additional part-time position requiring approximately 4-5 hours of travel, twice weekly. The successful candidate must possess exceptional trust accounting abilities and be capable of managing a large portfolio of residential properties effectively.
