As an Early Careers Talent Partner, you'll play a key role in leading university engagement efforts, organizing career fairs, networking events, and presentations to connect with students. You'll build strong relationships with universities, student organizations, and industry groups to strengthen our employer brand.

Key responsibilities include developing talent pipelines by identifying and nurturing top early-career talent, providing casual work opportunities through our Clinical Support Team. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute effective talent strategies, enhancing the student experience by offering insights, mentorship, and opportunities to gain hands-on experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in early talent, graduate recruitment, or talent acquisition (ideally within healthcare or professional services).
  • A people person who loves networking, engaging with students, and building strong industry relationships.
  • A strategic thinker who can develop creative ways to attract and retain top graduate talent.
  • Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple events, partnerships, and recruitment cycles.
  • Passion for the healthcare sector and an understanding of the unique challenges in dental recruitment.
