About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Philanthropy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Transformational Gifts team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a strategic business plan for philanthropy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience in sales/fundraising/account management teams, with a proven track record of achievement in major donor portfolio management &/or corporate sales/relationship management disciplines.

You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching the philanthropy team in best practice fundraising standards, donor development, and prospect management practices.

Key responsibilities include contributing to organisation-wide donor initiatives as required, collaborating with other teams to ensure an integrated and strategic donor-centric fundraising approach, and overseeing the philanthropy team's budgets.
