As a seasoned leader, you will oversee our residential customer service team, fostering collaboration and driving performance. Your role will involve supporting on-site staff, promoting a positive culture, and contributing to the company's continued success.

About the Role

Effective leadership is key in this position. You will work closely with the site's team to meet organisational needs, supervise a medium to large team, and collaborate with team leaders to achieve targets.

Our ideal candidate has experience in leading teams, driving performance, and helping others grow and succeed. They are able to communicate clearly and approachably, possess negotiation and innovative thinking skills, and are proficient in computer use.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Leading a team of customer service professionals to achieve excellent results
  • Developing and coaching your team for improved performance and succession planning
  • Supervising a medium to large team and collaborating with team leaders to meet organisational needs
  • Managing team performance and working closely with staff to achieve targets
