The Role

This position involves managing generalist HR processes and queries with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.

  • Generate accurate paperwork, including employment contracts and KPI records
  • Deliver induction training and facilitate employee onboarding
  • Autonomously handle day-to-day HR queries and provide exceptional support to colleagues
  • Monitor and maintain personal information of employees
  • Liaise with HR payroll process systems and assist with data entry
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, reports, and presentations as identified by the HR Director
