Global Trading Expert Wanted

At our Sydney office, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trading Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of dealing and trading experience, with exceptional sales skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

As a key member of our trading team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across various products, including FX hedging, lending, and cash management.
  2. Executing trades with multiple liquidity providers using various trading platforms, as well as Bloomberg/Reuters.
  3. Collaborating with sales teams to assist in business origination and understanding client environments, strategies, and industry.
  4. Delivering on dealer-specific KPIs, including repeat/new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling high-margin products, and increasing wallet-share.
  5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Strong Financial Services/FX sales experience (sales/relationship management role).
  • Contacts network would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements.
  • Business/finance academic background would be a plus.
