Job Summary

We are seeking a Trade In Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a Trade In Specialist, you will play a vital role in the remarketing process, working closely with various teams to provide guidance and support.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple teams to provide a competitive market value for customer trade-in vehicles. You will also be involved in vehicle inspections, ensuring all relevant processes are followed and correct documentation is provided.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). They will also be highly attentive to detail, able to ensure accuracy and expediency in responding to the needs of the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Used Car, Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to provide a competitive market value for customer trade-in vehicles.
  • Assist with vehicle inspections when required and at point of acceptance.
  • Ensure all relevant processes are followed and correct documentation is provided before or at the point of Trade-in.
  • Be the point of contact for the Sydney team for all operational trade-in matters.
  • Provide and manage on-the-ground logistics for all incoming trades.
  • Collaborate with Service to manage Used Tesla inspection and repair.
Requirements
  • Advanced computer skills; proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly attentive to detail to ensure accuracy and expediency in responding to the needs of the Sales team.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about advances in sustainable energy.
  • Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Must have an interest in the automotive industry.
