For our Support Office located at Sydney international Airport we are looking for a Trade Activation Specialist. The trade Activation Specialist contribute to drive the success of our trade promotions and activations in harmony with the overall Heinemann marketing strategic plan and brand vision. The Trade Activation Specialist will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the ability to execute effective strategies that enhance brand visibility and maximize sales.**Trade Activation Specialist**

Your new job includes
- Execute trade promotion plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, promotions and sales teams to create impactful trade marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key trade partners and ensure In Store activations are fully integrated with all marketing and promotions plan.
- Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the performance of trade activities and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate and execute trade shows, events, and product demonstrations.
- Animate the execution all in-store activation of Heineman programs such as seasonals and events (ex: World Pride) in Duty Free as well as domestic stores

What you should bring along
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is highly regarded.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
