Logistics Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Logistics Growth Specialist to spearhead expansion across various trade lanes in our Sydney branch.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape our competitive position.
  • Collaborate with product and procurement teams to align trade lane strategies.
  • Develop innovative ideas through strategic campaigns.
  • Attend sales visits and collaborate with overseas partners to develop new business opportunities.
  • Craft and implement trade lane strategies with creative solutions.
  • Build a solid pipeline to secure new accounts while nurturing existing ones.
  • Prepare and negotiate bids, RFQs, and quotes.
  • Engage with customers, respond to inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
  • Represent our brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Update our CRM with valuable insights and sales activities.
  • Provide regular reports to track success.
