Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting shipments between overseas head offices and suppliers, with a focus on payment arrangement and logistics coordination.
  • Preparing and documenting sales and purchase contracts, invoices, finance documents, and other necessary papers.
  • Issuing shipping requirements, liaising with suppliers, clients, and freight forwarders to coordinate export and import shipments.
  • Managing filing methods, monitoring payables and receivables from suppliers and customers, and ensuring accurate credit limit balances.
  • Coordinating travel and settlements, including hotel bookings and transportation arrangements.

Additional responsibilities include preparing business trip settlements for management personnel.
