The Roles

Assistant Manager (Development)

This role will collaborate closely with the team and external stakeholders to deliver project milestones across key development workstreams including land, planning & environment, engineering, resource, connection and construction.

Skill Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering field essential
  • 2-3 years experience for Assistant Manager roles
  • 5+ years experience for Senior Manager roles
  • Relevant experience in the renewable energy and energy storage industry essential
  • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, leadership and communication skills
  • A broad understanding of various engineering disciplines
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to identify and summarise complex topics in a structured way
