Project Director for Large-Scale Renewable Energy Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the planning, execution and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a diverse project team using a collaborative approach.
- Proactively manage risks, issues and interfaces across internal teams and contractors.
- Engage with local communities respectfully and in line with cultural heritage protocols.
- Champion Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Human Performance principles.
- Manage all phases of project delivery including construction scheduling, budgeting and commissioning.
- Coordinate across disciplines and oversee grid connection activities.
- Represent the project to stakeholders including regulators, financiers and community groups.
- 10+ years in major infrastructure or renewable project delivery including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven success delivering complex projects in remote environments preferably in renewables.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and schedules.
- Experience with Australian WHS and environmental legislation.
- Familiarity with wind farm construction and First Nations engagement processes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related field; Project Management certification preferred.
