Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end process of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.

The Role:
  • Manage the entire accounts payable process, from setting up new suppliers to generating invoices and payment schedules.
  • Enter purchase orders into our system, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders, resolving any discrepancies or errors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

This is a permanent full-time position that requires someone with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. As an essential member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
