We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
This is a key role within the accounting function, responsible for managing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Maintain and update records in ERP Software.
- Address supplier queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in preparing month-end reports and reconciliations.
