Job Title: Platform Technology StrategistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Platform Technology Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our technology leadership group, you will be responsible for driving technical strategy and direction across platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with platform leads and practice leads to navigate architectural guardrails and approvals, providing technical thought leadership across platforms, tribes, and technology domains.

You will also be responsible for monitoring platform performance, guiding the roadmap for platform-owned assets, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to influence strategic direction.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, expertise in platform architecture, application performance, and strategic delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical decision-making, ensuring solutions align with platform strategy and risk appetite.
  • Collaborate with Platform Leads and Practice Leads to navigate architectural guardrails and approvals.
  • Provide technical thought leadership across platforms, tribes, and Technology & Transformation domains.
  • Monitor platform performance, guiding the roadmap for platform-owned assets.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing strategic direction.
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years' experience in platform or enterprise technology leadership roles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Expertise in platform architecture, application performance, and strategic delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.
  • Advanced communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with change management and customer-focused delivery.
