Seeking an Education Technology Strategist to develop a comprehensive EdTech strategy, design integrated learning system architectures (LMS, assessment platforms, AI tools), and guide technical evaluations across delivery phases.

Working with the business, you'll translate business and learning requirements into scalable, future-ready solutions, guiding senior stakeholders in defining strategic initiatives across learning platforms, content, and assessment while ensuring pedagogically sound approaches.

You'll partner closely with multiple internal teams and educational vendors to design and oversee the architecture of integrated learning systems, including LMS, content management, assessment tools, and credentialing platforms.

You'll also conduct technical evaluations, and ensure solutions meet both business needs and enterprise architecture standards.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in educational technology strategy and architecture within complex programs
  • Strong understanding of learning design principles, digital pedagogy, and learner experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with LMS platforms, content management systems, and assessment technologies
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Desired:

  • Experience in higher education, professional learning, or certification programs
  • Familiarity with AI in education, personalised learning, and skills diagnostics
  • Knowledge of procurement and vendor management processes
