Job Title

The Role

  • Execute smaller issue investigations and changes.
  • Conduct analysis of user behavior and website traffic data.
  • Identify pain points and areas for improvement across digital channels.
  • Gather and document business requirements for digital channel enhancements.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to define technical solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and functionality.
  • Track and measure the success of implemented changes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for digital channel processes.
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Web technology, i.e., CSS, HTML5.
  • Salesforce Experience.
  • Agile and work management in Jira and Confluence.
