Job Description

A Digital Channel Optimization Specialist is needed to play a key role in improving our digital presence.

The Role:
  • Investigate and resolve digital channel issues efficiently.
  • Analyze user behavior and website traffic data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Document business requirements for digital enhancements.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to define technical solutions.
  • Test new features and functionality to ensure they meet expectations.
  • Track the success of implemented changes and report findings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar digital optimization role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Web technologies such as CSS, HTML5.
  • Salesforce Experience.
  • Agile project management in Jira and Confluence.
