Digital Performance Optimization Specialist


About the Role:

Our organization is seeking a Digital Performance Optimization Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing digital lead performance across various channels through analytics, testing, and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the digital marketing stack, including Google's 360 suite, to track customer events, optimize experiences, and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Lead a team, collaborate with stakeholders, manage technology providers, and conduct regular reviews of partnerships to ensure performance and value.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable strong leadership skills and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • 5 years experience in digital marketing management and a diverse background in digital technology within service-based companies, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing technology solutions, including the Google 360 Stack, GA360, Google Ads, Bing, Big Query, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, Tealeaf, Hubspot, and other Data Management Platforms.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex projects.
  • Tertiary level qualifications in relevant marketing or business disciplines.
