Total Workfit Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic, client-centered services to assist injured workers in recovering at work and achieving independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workplace assessments and provide advice on job modifications to support injured workers in returning to work.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to promote optimal recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including medical professionals, employers, and insurance providers, to ensure seamless case management.
  • Provide support needs assessments and develop strategies to address identified needs.

Requirements:

  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
  • Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways.
