Senior Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Technician to join our team at First Focus. As a Senior Support Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Remote Service Desk Support: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Conduct thorough troubleshooting and analysis to identify and resolve technical issues, utilizing your expertise in Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on issue resolution, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the technical team to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of best practices and process enhancements.
- Advanced IT Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of IT systems, including Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with clients, team members, and management.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong foundation in IT service management principles, with experience in client support, incident management, and problem management.
- Soft Skills: Possess excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
