Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Support Technician to join our team at First Focus. As a Senior Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing remote service desk support to a wide variety of client environments, including online and on-prem servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD, and M365 environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions
  • Resolving technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, including Azure, Hyper-V, and Citrix
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality support services
  • Developing and maintaining technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
  • Participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to clients

Requirements

  • Advanced understanding of end-user support, IT troubleshooting, and Active Directory
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange
  • Genuine exposure across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking
  • Experience working with an IT outsourcer or managed service provider (MSP) is an advantage
  • Understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles is critical
