Business Growth Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Executive to spearhead our business development efforts in Perth and surrounding regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable expansion, establishing relationships with referral organisations, and providing expert advice to potential clients and stakeholders.

  • Spearhead Business Growth: Lead the charge in growing our business, developing new strategies to meet targets and increase revenue streams.
  • Establish Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with referral organisations, promoting our services and driving growth through collaborative efforts.
  • Expert Advice: Provide insightful guidance and information on our services to potential clients and stakeholders, building trust and credibility.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Masters Degree: A postgraduate degree in management or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in growing a business to meet targets, showcasing your ability to drive results.
  • Influencing and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to influence and communicate effectively, building strong relationships and networks.
  • NDIS Knowledge: Strong understanding of the NDIS and disability sector is essential, enabling you to provide informed advice and guidance.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Growth Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to build referral networks.
  • Event Attendance: Attend events to promote our services, establish partnerships, and drive growth.
  • Assessment and Onboarding: Manage assessment, intake, and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and progress.
