The role of a Contract Management Professional is pivotal in ensuring effective contract administration, aligning with organisational goals, and delivering tangible value.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, negotiate, execute, monitor, renew, and close out contracts
- Provide expert advice on contract terms and compliance
- Resolve disputes and non-compliance issues
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues
- Maintain a centralised contract repository (Vendor Panel)
- Report on contract status, expiries, renewals, and risks
- Develop and implement contract frameworks and templates
