Job Description

The Contracts Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the effective management of contractual arrangements, ensuring they are compliant, strategically aligned, and deliver measurable value.

This position is instrumental in strengthening supplier relationships, mitigating risk, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Draft, negotiate, execute, monitor, renew, and close out contracts
  • Provide expert advice on contract terms and compliance
  • Resolve disputes and non-compliance issues
  • Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues
  • Maintain a centralized contract repository
  • Report on contract status, expiries, renewals, and risks
  • Develop and implement contract frameworks and templates
  • Collaborate with procurement to improve cost and process efficiency

Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years in contract management or procurement
  • Degree in Supply, Procurement, Business, Commerce, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles
