Senior Contracts Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our commercial new build projects team.

This is a pivotal role that requires managing all aspects of contracts administration, including:

  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while reviewing and negotiating contracts.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Contract Performance Monitoring: Monitor contract performance, variations, and claims to ensure timely resolution and minimize risks.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures.

To excel in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • A proven track record as a Senior Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction industry.
  • Solid Knowledge: Familiarity with construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices.
