Workshop Management Opportunity

SkyBus is expanding its operations at Sydney Airport, creating a new role for a Workshop Manager to lead our Maintenance team.

This leadership position requires hands-on management of day-to-day operations, motivating skilled mechanics, and driving continuous improvement in workshop practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Mechanics in the Sydney Airport Workshop
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling and workflow efficiency
  • Motivate and develop a team of skilled professionals
  • Drive innovation across all workshop practices
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
  • Medium Rigid licence
  • Proven ability in managing staff and creating a positive work environment
  • Strong computer literacy with MS Office applications
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Able to obtain an Australian Security Identification Card
